How to properly merge two tables in MS Word
Quite often you’ll find that you have two tables in a Word document and you want to join the two together to make just one table. The solution is simple but way from obvious.
To do this, first select over all the cells in one of the two tables. If the table is underneath the one you want to join it up to, then press Alt + Shift + ↑ to move the table up the document so that it joins the bottom of the table before it. Keep pressing the key until the top row that you have selected joins the bottom border of the one above.
If you have selected the topmost table, then press Alt + Shift + ↓ until the top table locks onto the table below.
You can also drag one table up or down until it joins but this method is very slick. It also works on a single row so you can take one row from one table and move only it to join up with another table or to become a table all of its own. Experiment with this key combination – I’m sure you will love it.
Once you’ve done this, the tables will be joined to make one single table. If desired, you can then adjust the positioning of the columns so that the columns match between the two tables – this isn’t required but you may want to do it if the columns are supposed to be the same throughout.
you can as well try this on windows 10
- Reveal hidden formatting characters (try
Ctrl-Shift-8
orAlt,H,8
). - Select the lower table's contents (try
Alt,J,L,K,T
). - Click the selected text; drag it up beneath the upper table's final, external paragraph mark; and release the mouse button.

HOW TO FIND YOUR LOST PHONE
To verify your
Android smartphone has the Find My Device feature turned on from your device,
go to Settings
> Google (or Google services) > Security and make sure Remotely locate this device is turned on in the Find My Device section.
If you can’t find your
smartphone, you can always wipe it to prevent sensitive information from
getting into the wrong hands. Your device will need an internet connection,
however, and enough juice to communicate with you. In Android 5.0 Lollipop,
Google also introduced Factory Reset Protection (FRP). It’s designed to prevent
would-be thieves from being able to steal your phone, wipe it, and then use it
or sell it. If you factory reset a phone with FRP enabled and try to
set it up as a new device, you’ll be prompted to enter the username and
password for the last Google account that was registered on the device, and if
you can’t, the phone will remain locked.
There are
also third-party apps that you can install to help you find your phone. Cerberus
Anti-theft is a great app that offers remote access and control, allowing you
to obtain more information regarding the whereabouts of your phone.
It provides a number of additional features, such as more granular control
on how you track your device, screenshots of what your device is doing, photos
from the camera to possibly catch the would-be thief, and other, more detailed
notifications that Find My Device doesn’t offer. If your device is rooted,
there are even more features available to prevent someone from resetting or turning
off your device until you can recover it.
It can be
used to locate a missing phone, lock it down, or wipe it completely. You’ll
need a Samsung account, though, and the Remote Controls options enabled on your
phone. To check and see if Find My Mobile is available for your smartphone, go
to Settings
> Lock screen & Security. If you see Find My Mobile in the menu, you can use the
service; enable the Remote Controls options via Settings > Security >
Find My Mobile > Remote controls. Also via Device administrators

Better ways to handle small problems with inbuilt battery Android phone
Phones with non-removable batteries are considered a problem by phone lovers across the world because they think it's complex to manage.
The truth, however, is that it may not be that hard to take care of once you know what to do, and what not to. Phone with non-removable batteries are not like the regular ones, so some extra knowledge is required in handling them.
Here are 4 important things to know if you use (or plan on getting) one.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR DEVICE FREEZES (OR HANGS)
In other phones when this happens you can simply remove your battery, put it back and everything will be alright afterwards. Unfortunately for those of us using phones with non-removable batteries this is like a bad dream.
There are 2 types of freezing, however:
* THE HARD FREEZE – which is when your device freezes for over 10 minutes without responding.
When this happens, simply soft reboot the phone by holding the volume up, volume down and power button at the same time for about 30 seconds. Your device should reboot and unfreeze after.
* SOFT FREEZE – which is often temporary.
When this happens, just drop the phone for some minutes. It should unfreeze after a while. When it unfreezes quickly clear all the apps you've been running and reboot the phone.
MOTHERBOARD Parts and Function.......
Rear Connectors
These connectors are the bridge between the outside of your computer and
the inside. The name is a bit misleading, as the connectors are actually located
on the left edge of the motherboard; however, since these connectors are
accessible from the outside, the name simply implies where they are accessible
from – the rear of the PC case. External peripherals such as keyboard, mouse,
monitor, speakers and so on are all connected via these connectors.
Front Panel Connectors, USB Headers
and Audio Header
The front panel connector is where all the elements present on the front
of your case are connected. Power button, reset button, power led, audio
connectors and USB connectors – they are all connected to the front panel or
the corresponding headers.
BIOS Chip and Battery
The BIOS chip contains the basic code needed to take your computer
through the boot process, up to the point where the operating system takes
over. Since the BIOS code is stored on a memory chip that needs constant power
to function, a battery is also present to keep the chip powered when the
computer is unplugged.
Processor Socket
The processor socket is the central piece of a motherboard, usually being
located near the center of the motherboard. It’s also the central piece because
it holds the processor – the brain of your computer.
Power
Connectors
No computer component can operate without power, and a motherboard is no
exception. The power connector, commonly a 20 or 24-pin connector, can be
situated either near the right edge of the motherboard, or somewhere close to
the processor socket on older motherboards. This is where the power supply’s
main connector gets attached, providing power to the motherboard and all the
other components.
Newer motherboards have an additional 4-pin or 8-pin connector near the
processor, used to supply additional power directly to the processor.
Expansion Slots
Expansions have the role of letting you install additional components to
enhance or expand the functionality of your PC. You can install a TV tuner, a
video capture card, a better soundcard, etc. – you get the idea. These ports
are located under the video card slot, and come in the form of PCI slots (on
older motherboards) or a scaled-down version of PCI-Express slots (on newer
motherboards). Some motherboards come with both types of expansion slots. The
number of slots is usually dependent on the format of the motherboard – larger
motherboards (full ATX) have more, while smaller formats (micro-ATX) have
fewer, if any.
