Step 1: Locate the
settings on your cell phone, Tap on it
Step 2: from the settings
scroll down to “about phone”/ “about device”. It is located at the very bottom
of the setting page.
Step 3: Scroll down to the
“Build number”. This is also at the bottom of the about phone page.
Step 4: Tap the “Build
number” seven times or more than. You will see a pop up message that says “you
are now a developer!”. After then you will see a pop up message saying you have
successfully enabled developer options.
Note: You may have to tap
more than seven times to get the confirmation message.
Step 5: Tap the go back
arrow, which will take you back to the settings page where you can now access
the developer options menu.
Step 6: At this point the
Developer options are ready for access which near the bottom of the Setting
page.
Step 7: Tap Running services. This
option is near the top of the page. Doing so will open a list of your currently
running apps and services. This may also be called "Process stats."[1]

Tap a currently
running app or service to view more information about it, such as memory usage
and time running. You can force stop an app from this menu as well.
